  1. Government neither UN is doing enough to honor Indian soldiers involved in peacekeeping, only thing they get is a passive mention in the press

  2. What an irony:

India and Pakistan send one of the largest contingents to UN Peace keeping force. But they fail to "Keep peace" in their own countries.

  3. Shiv,
Recently T Mohana Rao, Director of GTRE was arrested in a sex scandal. V.K.Singh, army chief is trying to extend his term by stating that his DOB in army records is not correct.A lot has happened wrt Adarsh housing scam involving top brass of our armed forces. You have not posted any info about these matters which concern our armed forces. You are a defense journalist and hence you need to cover these aspects also since as a journalist it is your job to bring to light the truth and not to hide behind safe news. You are competent but you need to be far more bold. Today corruption within our country is a far bigger threat than Pakistan or China.

  4. The most fertile and profitable place for deputing the IPKF may be in Afghanistan and Papistan in near future when the need arose.
