  1. great news!

Canister based missiles are the way to go, it's so nice to know that they are following the K-series development now, it's second generation for India's missiles, and i just love the hypersonic idea!

  2. now is the time for production in large numbers and deploy! they can be used as tactical weapons too, for their size is smaller than the older ones. agni V should be operational sooner than 2015

  3. Excellent achievement! Good job to all the program team members.

Now down to some observations. How is it that DRDO meets the Agni V timeline and not the Tejas LCA and Arjun MBT.

One would think that the Tejas LCA and Arjun MBT program would be much more easier to attain and achieve.

    Strange but true…

  4. Singam ……cuz u can buy aircrafts and tanks from outside world……no one in the world wud send us missle of this caliber 😉 ……its 2 obvious for anyone to ignore the reason.

  5. Agni 4 , weighs 17 odd ton with 3500 plus range , while Agni 5 weighs 50 for 5500km …odd isn't ???

plus a5 is all composite …..

    fishy, fishy
