The navy ship in the foreground is quite clearly a Shivalik class frigate.

It is from naval jetty beside harbour. you can see the building, jetty diversion near the coast guard vessels

That's a Shivalik-class frigate in the foreground. The MR-90 SAM FC radar position is a dead giveaway, as is the stern config with the flush flight deck. Talwars have the MR-90 too, but mounted further forward, and no flush stern.

All three Shivalik-class vessels are based at Vizag, so it's difficult to say exactly which one this is 😉

The frigate is one of the Shivalik Class judging by the shape of the Radar mast and the placement of the Barak VLS.Just not able to make out which one though !
