  1. ya… nice fat thing with a 20/20 vision looking at her short-sighted enemies!

Any one knows what happened with the indigenous CABS AESA? We are already behind the paks and chinks.

  2. Logistics. We already have IL-76 and the relevant maintenance kits and infrastructure.

Having another model means investing on spares, crew training, maintenance etc.

  3. IAI is a corrupt organisation. they should be blacklisted with immediate effect. but i will not say phalcon is not a good product. it is probably the worlds best awacs platform.

  4. to the above anon,
Name me one consortium/defence company which isnt corrupt. Its politics, corrupt or not, they supply us the best stuff out there.
    so stfu.

  5. That's rich. So IAI is corrupt. No genius, India is corrupt. Anyone wishing to do any defense business in India has to come prepared to grease palms left and right. Pay to play, it is part of the local folklore.
