Off to the Gulf

Leaving for a three-day trip to Oman and Qatar as part of the Prime Minister’s press entourage. Among a lot else, Dr Singh is expected to sign a defence and maritime security cooperation agreement with Qatar during the visit. If the opportunity presents itself on the return flight — and it’s unlikely that it will — I will try asking the PM whether the government plans to do anything at all about the 6th Pay Commission mess. Will try posting about the pact with Doha from there. Otherwise, next post Tuesday. Have a slick weekend…

  1. Shiv,
Pl apprise the PM (& other press guys)about the state of massive demoralisation in the entire Armed Forces. It is an explosive situation which can get out of control & even Chiefs may not be able to redeem it, as Lt Col & below(&equivalent)being targeted by the Baboos constitute over 90% of the total officer strength. Our potential adversarys are bound to exploit the situation thru their secret services(ISI etc)to make inroads into our Military. The dangerous threat to National Security is clearly evident.Posterity will hold the PM responsible for the cosequences, not the deveious Baboos.

  2. my the angels help you to ask the PM about the 6pc, the moral is real down and it look as if the ias lobby is out of the govt control and they are waging thier own private war with the armed forces.

  3. Come on Man, Put on that air that you do on the channel and get thru to the PM.

AI Scotch should help lubricate the mind!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. our PM is there for nothing more than having fun and some more sons of bitches(cabinet menbers,IAS etc)
    with him

    moreover that two legged lamb
rahul gandhi not even stays in india either

    he
could go to iran for future pipeline issue but he is licking US ass for sometime now neither iran is going to make nukes any time soon and UPA policies already has made iran somewhat against us

at least don’t lose friend cuz iran didn’t oppose india in any way so y don’t UPA shut its mouth
rather than going publicaly against them

by the way nuke deal isn’t going to help in next 10 years only after that it will fructify but by then the electricity demend will skyrocket and same problem will b there

and already there r heavy electricity cuts in cities and for factories and PLEASE don’t ask about electricity for farming(cuz farmers and armed forces r slaves according to babus and IAS/MPs)

  5. y didn’t he go to UAE to sign transfer of terrorists with india it makes more sence cuz most of them stay there in UAE

maritime security better work with singapore and australia now rather than qatar

  6. To prime misnister,

In north america price of oil at patrol pumps change everyday cuz price of oil in internationl market changes everyday so this price gets reflected to local price of patrol, now international price of crude oil is half the price it was in september.

So in north america people r paying almost 40% less for patrol what they were paying in septmeber.

But our people paying the same increased price for patrol while the international crude oil price has gone to half the price it was in september.

If american paying less price for same patrol y our poor people paying increased price till now y oil price has NOT been decreased.

AND what is ur motherfucker FM doing in this regard

    WITH REGARD,
    FUK U AND UR GOVT.

    JAI HIND.

  7. India Today was once India’s premier magazine – incisive, impartial, integrity of the highest order, impeccable analysis and zeal to get to the core of the issue and merciless in the correcting the wrong.

Headlines Today, we old timers expected would take up as India Today is overshadowed by Outlook magazine. But sadly, in the race for TRPs it is tripping up using sensation for substance, unreliable sources and analysis that is flawed and inconsistent with facts. It takes credit for predicting retirements of Ganguly, Kumble and mercilessly repeats its “achievements”. What is great about predicting that? Both are nearing the 40s’ amd their bones and bodies must be crying for mercy, unlike some of our politicians who at nearly 90 want to be PM and people like MK Narayanan at 75+ can only lament that our intelligence is not good enough to predict the next terrorist attacks. They can discover what and whom you conversed with on your new Blackberry or Thuraya Satellite phone, or so they claim.

My suggestion – just knock off all the 6 CPC related posts and blogs and let the 3 Chiefs do what they can to set things right.

You and your brethren in the TV channels will do the Armed Forces – serving and retired – a great favour

  8. “FUK U AND UR GOVT.

    JAI HIND.”

    Does that make any sense…

    I think somewhere it does..

“Qeen is Dead, Long Live the Qeen” …. that way perhaps

  9. That ecosurd is good for you man.

    Weak or Meek ?

    (a) MMS the weak has tweaked the ba**s of all the brave and / or blogging Faujis. Give the twit his due.

    (b) By arresting ESM and thumbing down SMs he has put the scotch and rum crowd on notice.

    Apply Discipline:

We need a KPS Gill to 3rd degree the noisy half cols and lance havildars who aren’t polite to the dedicated and nationalistic civil and law enforcing police forces who carefully manage this country.

  10. Worry not the PM’s Oman agreement is all about:

“The agreement’s primary focus remains female domestics for whom India would like a minimum wage”
(Asian Age Newspaper, 09 Nov 2008)

Fat Cat Generals and Colonels back home can outsource their wage hike problems now and get heard at a Sheikh down.

  11. @Ano Civil Srvice above..

    you said:

    “We need a KPS Gill………”

To pinch the bottoms of IAS babunies…”

That is the only language you understand perhaps….Thank your star Fauzies have not degraded so much so far….but it is in offening…you are effecting “self fulfilling prophesy….”

  12. KPS Gill has good libido maan,

First the Sikhs and Sikhnis in the name of fighting terrorism,

Second, pinching bottom of Mrs Bajaj,

Third, giving more libido in Assam,

Fourth. grinding Indian Hockey into dust

Now we have his admirer why don’t you ask KPS Gill to give you a mutton injection in your posterior?

  13. When the Govt has imported a Boeing 737-BBJ all done up why does the PM travel in an Air India B-747?

B-747 consumes 8000 kgs of fule an hour; the BBJ only 2000 kgs per hour

BBJ was custom made for VVIP travel with all the self-protection suites so why the B-747?

Cost of operation of the B-747 is Rs 2 crores per hour including ground handling etc
Is it because the IAF is not trusted or some reverse snobbishness?

Or may be the booze and free overnight kits?

And the bill is still paid by the IAF.

    (a) MMS the weak has tweaked the ba**s of all the brave and / or blogging Faujis. Give the twit his due.

Man that should read as give the TWAT his due He couldn’t find his balls even if he searched for it with a microscope and tweezers. Aunty could loan him hers. How come your morality hero KPS paaji has not used his digits to hook the posterior of the Sicilian Aunt? Of course there are some She Men in the IAS who swear that the SCPC will screw the Armed Forces who could loan him their stuff.

  15. Like the ban on Politicians moving Civil officials before an election, there should also be rule which bans changes in any Service rules before and until a Pay Commission is implemented.
The IAS has changed the Civil Service Rules to give them Supremacy over other Civil Services with peeking knowledge of the SCPC recommendations in March 2007. They never expected the mute apolitical Services to object to their malicious designs. Now they are bent on changing the Defence Forces Rules and induct confusing orders so that even if their designs are thwarted by sanity they still can confuse the implementation of Justice. Why have they defined the Status of Rank pay in 2008 ten years after it was introduced and at the juncture when it is removed.
    Is it to:
    a) Produce some counter to the Court Verdict in the case of Maj Dhanapalan.
    b) Ensure degradation in pay fixation by chicanery.
Why are the CPOs/PMFs forwarding objections to another service conditions without heeding to their own. If auxiliary services are to be compared with the Primary Service then why is it that the IAS is not being brought down to the status of the State PCS? Isn’t the State PCS doing a better job with more commitment to the parent cadre?
The Armed Forces are accused of not treating their men properly by none other than their Defence Minister. Something which was shocking from the Defence Minister since it is only the Armed Forces who respect their men. Go to any District and see how these Central Service officers use their office staff to take their children to school, work at home and misuse public places.
Why do you think there is a delay to get data for the GoM to review the Armed Forces Anomalies?
It is just a trick of buying time where the bureaucrats are at work bringing out tricks to put the Armed Forces on a back foot, bring in confusing amendments and ensure their machinations are implemented. What are these tricks?
    a) Initiate confusing orders redefining pay components.
    b) Amend Service Rules.
    c) Leaks to the press to vitiate the Status of the Armed Forces to make them loose public prestige.
    d) Use Govt machinery to implicate members of the Armed Forces in anti national activities.

Sardarji is a mute spectator to these machinations of the bureaucracy and the country is being deprived of the morality of one of the finest Armed Forces in the world. If the GoM does not act and thwart these malicious moves then maybe one day in the future if India is once again under foreign Raj they will be denounced in history as the three blind men of Hindustan who conspired its downfall.

“Second, pinching bottom of Mrs Bajaj,”

    Right choice by Gilly Boy.

The Bajaj’s are a distiguished clan – One Bhai former Financial Commissioner Punjab. Another Bhai ex colonel married to a General’s (well known in his time as a distinguished swiper of mess cutlery and carpets) snooty daughter, booted out of the Fauj after a mess tamasha. Bottoms up.

  17. The army is close to being ruined. I use the word “ruined” in the old sense of the word. This is the calm before the storm. Military forces are maintained on iron discipline. When discipline breaks, they become an unregulated rabble, which is armed. Order breaks down. This is the worst possible thing for this country.

Cutting of your nose to spite your face is one thing. But cutting off your own head is entirely another. Someone must go, or this country will face terrible suffering. It is time that the colonial system of administration which was left with us (in the form of the IAS), be show the door unceremoniously.

We are a democracy now. We dont need “Administrators” who care only for their own power and pelf.

  18. BBJs not cleared?

B-737-200 were bought in 1982 but released for VVIP flying in 1984. Know why? Some one read a book wherein a device was planted in the tail and some terrorist threatened to activate when the Israeli PM was flying.

History repeating itself while all and sundry take gifts home and drink scotch on board.

And who said that India has a financial crisis? Can’t pay the Armed Forces 450 crores but can pay Air India 45 crores for 3 days use (and disruption of scheduled services).

    JAI HIND

  19. The present ruling JUNTA has no time for Armed Forces. How can you expect them to respond to the just status, pay and fiscal dues from them? They have time for every other matter.

  20. kk

If the Government has time why don’t they say what stupidities you are howling.Armed forces are asking for what civilian counter parts have been doled out for the W O R K !!!! they do. Yeah if you wish to enjoy! the perks(?) why not join Army???

  26. My Dear Civili above,

“Those who have houses of Glass do not throw stones at others”

Those who are scheming, Conspirators, Cheat and Untrustworthy like your class, do not indulge into rationl justification and arguments….

So just cock the shooting mouth shut Babuji..

    Jai Babuji Ki….

  27. In Madhya Pradesh a Babuni was made to shut her mouth by a Mantri Ji who almost went to her for “Bottom Pinching”…..then she relented

Manged Politically motivated and paid Media Cried hoarse….but that kind of behviour from the leaders of the Public is but natural….

Those days are not far off when the “servents ” will be shown their real places…. and told in no uncertain terms that they better serve rather than govern…

Unfortunately, half of India has already thrown away IAS / IPS governance through a reaction called Naxalism. The other half is preparing to do the same in the name of “castism, regionalism, Religion, Dalit Politics and Raj Thakare…” No Babu or Babuni dare tell them any thing… their Empire is slowing getting constricted to Delhi….

These trecherious Babus and Babunies can go to the extent of arranging hidden Media Coverage and stings operations aginst political opponents, then incite the Minster and make a media event out of it…If election commission has such Returning Officers, then God save Democracy…..

They are with no one…. the most selfish breed in India… who have failed every one except themselves..like the CEO of all the bankrupt Comanies. The CEOs awarded them selves all profits and money and sank the Comanies…

People are not realising that IAS and other Bureacrates are doing the same with the Country…

They are doing “india Meltdown…”. They have done it in the history of India many times. They seem to be at it again…

  28. I think the IAS guy/gal meant that he/she gets free rations, servants and subsidised ghee, noodles, scooters, brandy, whisper, houses, furniture, pistols, so many things.

Don’t believe me. Just go to any IAS Officer’s house and you will see. Even in Delhi – try Pandara Road, Moti Bagh, Multi-storeyed Flats R.K.Puram, Kidwai Nagar, Sarojini Nagar etc. Any Babu would like to dare me to produce videos? Just give me your email ID and I’d be glad to send it (video, not the free stuff) across.
