Seems there are no Indians and no Mig 29Ks (no aircrafts) too
A rather portly bunch! Are they the ship's mechanics, Shiv? And why are they holding plaques? Have they been laid off?
D pic is of MiG 29 KUB's.
Shiv, I have a question. Are those second hang Migs or new ones ?. Because if you see the first pic that you have posted on the blog , check there is an soviet star half painted looks like they did a paint job to hide it. Also the prototype that we saw couple of years ago was clean but the body of aircraft is not so clean as it has many wielded (read uneven and unclean) airframe. Just wanted to check because the pic is clearly doesn't look of a brand new aircraft
Dear Shiv Aroor, Thanks for putting up the picture of the MiG-29K- it is extremely beautiful and informative. I am an editor Wikipedia, which is currently the 5th most-visited English-language website in the world. I hope you might be willing to license this image for use on Wikipedia to be used to illustrate the article. As before, attribution will be given to you and linked to your blog. I was wondering if I could I use some of the pictures that you've taken of the MiG-29K on the respective Wikipedia pages? Namely: MiG-29K and the associated pages for the individual projects, and any other pages where these pictures might be useful. As of now, there are very few good pictures of the Future of the Indian Armed Forces, as well as large size images of the MiG-29K. Your images will really go a long way in improving on that. may india buy atleast 50-60 MiG-29ks to keep the parity with china's naval air arm
Let's see if EJ-200 engine can fit into MiG-29 airframe. If it does it makes sense to adapt MiGs to that engine and make EJ200 engine here like Shakti and it can be used for LCA MK2 and MCA too. Who says you can only MKIize with avionics only?
