  1. I couldn't agree more with our ACM. USA and USSR lost post WWII wars even though they had the best eqp. Israel won inspite of extreme odds due to human factor i.e. well trained highly capable defense personnel. We must not rest on our laurels. We may have good quality eqp but the quality of our defense personnel is not what they used to be.

  2. Courage is also needed….but unfortunately our brave are currently working on their keyboards whilst logged into their BR accounts :-)), and being ticked off by that pervert called shiv.

  3. I support our ACM,not with sophisticated arms, its all because of the bravery and spirit of a good defence personnel.

  4. we should steadily increase our strength to 100 squadrons.. this 42 is usless. considering we might have to fight both china and pak at the same time.

  5. It is not sufficient but surely it helps in boosting morale, fighting in a modern plane gives an edge over the enemy can help reduce casualty.
So ACM don't try to justify the rapid depletion of airforce…

  7. Adm Naik would face severe censure in western nations for offering this opinion which cannot be bolstered by historical facts.
All the wars fought anywhere were won on the following fundamentals,
    (1) Superior armaments (2) Military stratagem (3) Logistics and supplies (4) Tenacity, determination and will to win, (5) Adaptability, flexibility and creative reactions on the battlefield (6) rigorous training on fundamentals and equipment. (7) Intelligence etc, etc, etc.
Who can deny the valor of gifted warriors? They shine like gleaming orbs for ages to come.
However, even the bravest win with an advantage in skill, whether individual or collective.
The most sophisticated and advanced armaments with a thoroughly trained military are absolute essentials alongwith well thought out dynamic doctrines and advanced planning techniques.
It is eveident that new bases are constantly being constructed along the nation borders.
Does anyone care about how they intermingle with other services and long term military requirements and objectives?
All these issues, hard work, persistence, and more make a viable army.
The Indian military genius is sorely lacking and very absent. The absurd remarks by the Top Boss of Air Force demonstrates their focus.
The military is a buying machine with no ideas or desires to build anything. They enjoy sacrificing their brothers to impress and gladden the heart of envious enemies. Adm Naik is a third rate joke who should find quick retirement.
May the hearts of such criminals find their karmic salvation!
