shiv all this is good… but the real sad story for me was that the suryakirans are abt to be disbanded coz there arent enough trainers with the IAF….. i mean this is bizzarre… all this euphoria abt big platforms makes us forget that the bare bone simple equipment is either obsolete or absent…SAD

suryakirans will not be disbanded. Only their platform will chance. HJT-16 Kiran Mk.2 will be replaced by HJT-36 Sitara in future. Performance at AeroIndia this time would be last bye-bye for HJT-16 Kiran Mk.2
