  1. shiv from thousand of Engineering college lake's of Engineering student coming out …including iit Nit …why we are not able to develop our own jet trainer….

  2. Paint job on the first a/c photo is bad. oily patches are seen!!! dont they wash the planes at Bidar AFB? The a/c doesn't look immaculate!!!

  3. ^^^ I hope you are the same ace photographer!!! Rahul ,rookie pilots should, not only learn the basics of flying but the ethics of keeping their baby clean too. Of course its a Ground staff job!!!

  4. The same story continues-HAL using screwdriver to assemble the aircraft, the same thing they have done historically. Builds up Zero knowledge in aircraft building. HAL will claim they manufactured XX Hawks/year and once God forbid, any issue with the aircraft develop-they will raise their hands and put the blame on BAE.

Why no pictures on IJT assembly? Why is the Tejas again late for IOC (why is it not clearing wake test, AoA testing)? Why can't they make the Kaveri operational if they know jet engines so well in 16 years(uncle with screwdriver on the Adour calibration pic, knock knock?)? Incompetency does not even begin to describe them.

When it is time to upgrade the aircraft, HAL will twiddle their thumbs while Israel will offer an upgrade at a fraction of the cost BAE will propose and HAL will again use the screwdriver after the chosen vendor loots us.

Has anybody asked HAL, what knowledge have they gained in their 50+ years of existence other than screw driving?

And I am not a Paki-I have actually worked at HAL as a engineering trainee for the better part of a year. And yes, I am a selfish non-patriotic bugger who is now working in the US to make more money but pumping my hard earned dollars to India, like thousands of other desis here which is a big source for the moolah needed to buy these toys.

God bless the thousands of incompetent, brain dead HAL employees. Either that or privatize this useless set-up.

Yes I'm a photographer.. not sure "ace" though. While aircraft are cleaned regularly, understand that these aircrafts see lot of flying hours. Washing them is not necessarily needed and it's a waste of time and resources. Also they are normally parked on the tarmac, not in hangars. Though it won't hurt if they are washed regularly.

  6. Guru !! Full stop to your Bakwaas!!!! you a re shameless person!!! you have left your country to live as a third class citizen in a phoren country. you are sending your dollars to your family, who will buy properties in your name in india and multiply it. Dont you think hundreds of Engineers ,instead of going to US like you, they are serving HAL and the country? yoy are only sending your dollars and may be you will be praying for the fall of rupee so that you can make more money in rupees. Its haram for HAL,as imports become costlier.HAL is banged for every whole damn thing. Is this what you have learnt as a trainee in HAL? most trainees come to time pass and they use the certificate !!!! A$$ hole!!! LCA is designed and developed by DRDO's ADA and HAL only builds it as per ADA's drawings. Many veterans of ADA and HAL have retired from service and expertise in the area of aeronautics is fast dwindling!!! IITians are only interested in money and like you they are also selling themselves to phoren companies to work as slaves!!!what ever idiots like you think,HAL is a still a temple for learning.ppl like you have polluted the working environment comparing themselves with infosys,TCS and other body shopping companies!!! I know many who left HAL and joined Honeywell. you know they are paid 1 lakh rupees a month. Thats a huge sum,but convert it into dollars ..its less than US$2000/-..that much you will earn as well if you work in a US mall with a B.tech degree !!! most of the guys working in Honeywell validate the s/w code coming from US using excel spread sheets and other s/w testing tools. These guys are not involved in the main stream products of Honeywell!!!HAL has all the ills which India has and for that matter like any other public sector!!! HAL direction depends on the direction in which our Govt is going!!! Russian products were thrust on HAL from sixties and till now!!! The Engineers and the work force are its strength!!! Govt could not find a suitable chairman, who has designed and built an aircraft ..go and see the PSEB ,you can see the type of candidates appeared for HAL chairman post..one is from midhani…another from pawan hans helicopter taxi service corporation and another from defence accounts…do you think with such ppl at the helms, HAL will be able to build FGFAs,AMCA etc..? and added to this Thanks to Ambedkar sahab…he had some thing in his vision and something else is happening…God save HAL!!!!
