    There are 2 different clips in this video. The aircraft with paint and without paint.

    P.S: Why is the aircraft still with Brazilian registration details, but the Indian National Flag? (PT-ZNA).

    It looks like it has been fitted with mid air refueling pod.but what are those two big black square parts coming out of body just ahead of the wings. The biggest question is this that , is the aesa radar working.

    This has two videos. The first flight is the one in which the aircraft does not have any colors, rather the true colors of the fuselage etc.

    Our AWACS is back. That feels good.

    But even after 64 years we can have even a regional transport aircraft of our own, that feels very sickening.

    My appreciation to Brazilian amigos….

    I recently viewed Indian Navy's official website, i shocked to see a F/A 18 Super Hornet's picture there. They used it like some sort of ad. Don't they get the images of our Mig29k or Harrier's…I found no logic behind this…shocking..

    Beautiful?! That is one ugly bird — a normally fine looking EMB 145 that has broken into hives/warts/pimples. Ugh!

    BHARAT RAKSHAK: The Pakistanis dons Erieyes much more capable than this crate. Tech eval indicates that IN AWACS isn't reaching mark 1 of the Erieye (current model is Mark 3 with Mark 4 in the production pipeline at SAAB).

    @Anon 12:44,
    If you are talking about evolved systems then compare the Erieyes with our Phalcon syetems!

    Pakis can never live one fact down,that not only can we buy the most advanced AWACs and deploy them,but at the same time we can devote enough resources to develop our own homegrown systems.

    Dear Shiv,

    Its great to read your blog. I have a suggestion to make (though it may be asking for too much but still I prefer to share).

    In our blog you have amazing library of videos. Should you deemed fit – I suggest that within your blog – you add one more page where all videos could be viewed. On your home page you may link it via a thread to maintain the dated sequence of your posts.

    From old post point of view it may be lots of work to rearrange but for future posts it may vome out to be handy for "only video viewers".

    Hope you may consider this suggestion for your future posts.

    Thanks & wish you happy writing experience.
