  1. Wow! this one needs to be brought in service asap and also integrated with Dhruv WSI. It will then give better competition to the 197 helicopter program. Next step could be upgrade this to Brimstone like specs and mount on drones

  2. @shiv aroor, @tarmak007

the pics look awesome, the articles say Rudra to get IOC in few months, thats ok and hope FOC in next 2 years

But what about Helina missile, do you expect it to be in service anytime soon

    thanks

  3. Good work Shiv Sir. I like the comradeship you have shown with Tarmak and vaguely remember that Tarmak blog was born after getting inspired by yours! Both blogs are great. This is celebration of good journalism and we are the winners. All the best Shiv Sir, Tarmak. What news on LCA?

  4. Good work by ADA and HAL ..
Further need to integrate a SAR capable Radar or MMW Radar mounted (combined with Weapons Locating Radar) on Nose or Mast(Like Apache).
That will make this animal more capable one, apart from will provide a early warning in the war-zone.

    Regards,

  5. just saw rudra doing a sortie near the hal airport. it didnt sounded like the nornal dhruv or may be the height did the trick…
