  1. I don't believe this crap. This is a gimmick by DRDO scientific groups to keep their jobs.

This will never fly. even if it flies only one experimental flight.

With that one single flight all bharat-ratshakers will have their fun in mental masturbation over it.

  2. As always, well done Shiv Dada/Headlines Today in bringing out these stories and giving our enemies sleepless nights….However, after watching the video, 1 thing is not clear to me…Is IUSAV and AURA the same or are they different projects??

  3. HAL should be shut down or be sold off to the TATAs. I can't imagine a company that has been in existence for over 6 decades and can't produce a single marketable ingenious product. Shame on HAL and shame on all the so called IIT/IISc aerospace shit engineers. India has failed in every engine technology Kaveri Engine (fail), Cryogenic Engine (fail), Arihant engine (fail), Arjun Tank Engine (fail, had to be imported from Germany) Indian railways had to beg US company EMD for electric and diesel and Electric engine licenses, all the cars and trucks engines in India are licensed manufactured on ISUZU or CUMMINS technology. Shame on Indian FAKE engineers. Indian engineers are nothing more than Ambassador Car mechanics. HAL's only worth is in producing supersonic Bullock Carts and three wheeler rickshaw pedicabs.

  4. Any college grad can come up with a fancy design. What goes in that design is what matters. What is the engine technology? What materials and paints will be used? what kind of alloys? where will those alloys come from?. How long will it take to make a production version of that piece of crap, 5yrs, 20 yrs 100000 yrs………..

  5. It's a UCAV, not a stealth bomber. In your program you make it out to be something like a full scale B2 stealth bomber which it is not.
It hardly qualifies as a bomber if it carries a couple of bombs.

  6. @ArkAngel: Actually, the IUSAV is described as an "unmanned bomber" in official DRDO documents. Our story calls it an "unmanned stealth bomber", which is precisely what it is intended to be. Also, please show me a rule that defines the number of bombs a bomber needs to carry to be called a bomber.

  7. What is with all the music in the news story….sorry shiv but the ridiculous music, dun day , dun dab dun drum run….just cheapens the story. I could barely your voice over the music.

Good work DRDO, now enough concepts what is needed is development and engines

  8. DRDO is designing new concepts every month, but not a single one has been operated. look at Tejas, Arjun tank…. According to video the IUSAV will be in service by 2016, but in 2015 we will listen that the project has been delayed for next 10 years…. Will anybody please clear the nation that why MOD spending a lot on imaginary projects of DRDO, when not a single result has been coming.
Technology does not mean that you have to follow developed countries. First achieve something, then analyse your result and move forward.

  9. @shiv aroor,

now asking a rule etc.. you're talking like a school kid yaar..

bombers are of bygone era where dedicated ac with less manoeuvrability but comparably larger payload was used to drop duds over enemy..

Now a modern Air Superiority Multi role aeroplane might carry more potency, pack more accurate and greater number of munition and still retain 6'g'

In UCAVs we're not expecting aerial combat hence may be called bombers jus' like that!!

  10. Sorry to say this Shiv, but you could have b een a little more responsible by not sensationalising this news at a stage when so precious little is actually known.

  11. LoL, Even Boeing,Lock-Mart,Dassault,UAC,BAE,EADS combined doesn't have such huge no. of projects which the HAL singly has or is committed to do.

  12. I wonder why nobody laughs in the face of DRDO's ridiculous claims anymore ??

Is everybody in the MoD insane ??

Even Abbot and Castello are less ridiculous than the DRDO.

  13. DUMB! pakis will never learn,we r way! better & way ahead of their imported chinese Scrap Crap, phfff..'jf bandar' 😀

  14. Why can't they do a "stealth" thing with our economy, health, education, infrastructure etc??

We are wet dreaming of nuke subs, aircraft carriers, stealth fighters and now the height of heights, unmanned stealth bombers?? Have we still managed to get a decent engine to propel the lowly Tejas that we have started dreaming about "unmanned stealth bombers"??

Whatever we spend in the name of defense is pure 100% expenditure. We won't get anything in return. Whereas expenditure on education, health and infrastructure will lead to several times return on investment.

High time we got our priorities right or else, India will be the next USSR.

  15. DRDO,HAL,NAL all are obsessed by the word 'stealth'. Whatever they are making, they are giving it the extra name of stealth. The word 'stealth' should be replaced by 'pseudo'. Afterall the works of these PSU's is itself stealth.

  16. Well if it is top secret there was a reason for it. You have done a great disservice by sensationalizing this.
You think you have done the nation and the people a great service by providing this information ?

What is the common man going to do with this knowledge ?
    Nothing.
All you are doing is trying to look like a class act.

Seriously. What is wrong with you?

  17. @Mayur M Manapure
I'm an Indian from South Bangalore, and you are simply insecure!
My comment stands, if HAL call it a flying saucer doesnt mean it is one.
Naval destroyers can carry a couple of helos yet that doesnt make them aircraft carriers!
