  1. Was it an reengined and upgraded Jaguar. if yes… the increased trust / weight engine is posing hazard in hills flying. Its really concern that shortly now chinese airforce flew threatening near our air space, and our airplanes are going down.

  2. no sense for Darin upgrade of these planes. It would have been better if the money would have been spent for buying low cost planes of new airframe such as gripen or f16 or even mig35.

  3. @Anon@Pak 9:13.
The IAF in fact has improved its safety rate very significantly in the past few years,

The Paki Air Farce has gone the inverse way with its crash rate ever increasing.

They just lost a Mirage a couple of days ago with a fatality.

As it it it with budget issues the PAF flies much lesser than the IAF.
Yet this year PAF have barely let a single month pass without a crash.

  4. The life of the pilot is more important than the old dubba. Hope his injuries are not serious and we should be seeing him again .

Meanwhile we are still producing Jags ? So why cant the old planes be replace by the new one on a squad. by squad. basis.
