Here’s the 155mm/52cal Advanced Towed Artillery Gun System (ATAGS) that India’s DRDO is developing with the Kalyani Group and Tata Power SED, seen for the first time in firing mode on video. Development trials of India’s first indigenous heavy gun system are complete. Livefist can confirm that the DRDO plans to field the platform for user trials with the Army this summer. The system will be on display at the Republic Day parade on January 26.
