[![](https://www.livefistdefence.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/AURA-2-788319-1.jpg)](http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_o_no4M2xEPY/THJhiMba4NI/AAAAAAAALIw/a9hU9ZCqhb0/s1600/AURA-2-788319.JPG)The Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IIT-K) will now help develop critical technologies for [AURA](https://www.livefistdefence.com/aura-indias-ucav-programme/), India's concept UCAV programme. Sources tell me aerospace researchers at IIT-K (some of the best in the country, incidentally), have been given research work worth almost half-a-million dollars, and will soon get even more.
