  1. Hey Shiv,

I was thinking… news that Russia is building a new tank called the T-95, with such things as "increased crew survivability" in mind, is an implicit admission that the Arjun MBT is superior to the T90.

A big hooray for Indian engineering! 🙂

  2. I hope all para-commando's use this weapon.Shiv does the army have plans to upgrade/replace the existing INSAS 5.56 with advanced assault rifles like tavor,M4,G36,L85A1 bullpup rifle,FN SCAR or the XM8 rifle.Or do we have an advanced INSAS comming up.

  3. The Tar -21 is known as the ZITTARA………….in the Indian Special Forces….and is an improvement on the first TAR21's batch that India had received, from it's order of 3070 TAR's……………………

  4. Having served in a para commando unit I can imagine how much better they may be feeling. Value for money expense for which they will be grateful to the Govt.

  5. Why is not wearing a Vest? we need to get him in-line with SPG with alteast knee & elbow guards with a helmet.
